Do you accept returns?

No. I am a single person that runs Divine Soul Dice & I am not in the position at the moment to offer returns. If there is any problem with an item, such as damages during transport, or if you are unhappy with your order for *any* reason, Please contact me & I will happily work something out with you. Please note, I do not ship at this time to PO boxes.

Where are you located? How often do you ship?

Divine Soul Dice is located & ships from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Orders are currently being shipped out once per week, however, I will adjust shipping days by volume.

How do you ship? Why is the shipping so expensive?

I ship via Canada Post in a padded envelope; depending on shipping option chosen, items will be insured & tracked. My sincere apologies on the cost, but I unfortunately have no control over these fees. Believe it or not, the rates are actually generally higher for me to ship than what is quoted on the website. I will keep looking into other shipping companies & rates, but they are all very similar.

Are your dice balanced?

Unless otherwise stated in the description of the dice, Yes. My dice are balanced adequately for any casual gaming experience. I put a fair bit of time into researching additives/inclusions that have a lesser weight/density than the resin the dice are made from. If you want dice for professional gambling, these are not the dice for you. But if you're just rolling dice with some friends, these are perfectly balanced!

Do you check your dice for balance? How do you do this?

There are two ways I check for balance in my dice- Pearson’s chi-squared test, as well as a rudimentary ‘salt water’ test. Depending on the die, I may do both, but one is usually sufficient.

How “good” are your dice?

They're as good as I can get them to be- with that being said, I am just one person doing everything by hand, so they are prone to variations, sanding lines, minor scuffs, etc. I do my best to photograph each item to the best of my ability & disclose any marks or flaws that have been found in the sets/singles so that my customers know exactly what they're getting. I do not want people to be misled in any way. All pictures shown on the website are unfiltered & unedited.
